Simply locate the gear icon at the top right corner of your dashboard. This icon is your gateway to our support system.
Clicking on this will reveal a dropdown menu, and right there, you’ll find the option: “Submit a Ticket.”

Once you click “Submit a Ticket,” a user-friendly pop-up will appear on the center of your screen. This pop-up is designed to guide you through the submission process without any hassle.


Fill in the details of your query or issue, and click on the “Submit” button .
From here your ticket is sent  to our support team.
