Performance tab basics

The ‘Performance’ tab on your dashboard is organized into three main sections. These are: ‘Consumer Action Overview,’ ‘How Consumers Found You,’ and ‘Additional Consumer Actions & Insights.’ Each section provides specific insights and data, enabling a comprehensive understanding of your consumer interactions and their behaviors.”

In the ‘Consumer Action Overview’ section, you will encounter detailed information such as the number of clicks your website is receiving, call clicks, directions requested by customers, and calculated revenue. Beneath these graphs, there is a designated area displaying a list of all your locations. Adjacent to each location, on the right, are their respective stats, providing a clear and comprehensive view of each location’s performance metrics.

In the ‘How Consumers Found You’ section, you will find a feature labeled ‘Your Top Searched Terms.’ This displays the most frequently searched terms associated with all your locations, giving insights into what is drawing customers to your business. Below this, there are two additional boxes. The first one is titled ‘Map Views,’ which provides data on how many times your locations have been viewed on mapping services.

Adjacent to the ‘Map Views’ box in the ‘How Consumers Found You’ section, you will find another box titled ‘Search Views.’ Both boxes contain similar types of information but are specific to their corresponding topics – map visibility and search engine visibility, respectively.

Below these, the ‘Additional Consumer Actions & Insights’ section can be found. This area includes two boxes that offer valuable insights regarding your reviews and customer interactions. These tools are essential for understanding and enhancing your engagement with consumers, providing a deeper look into your business’s online performance and reputation.
