Reply to Google Questions and Answers
To respond to Google questions and review your answers, please navigate to the ‘Reputation’ section of your dashboard, conveniently located towards the middle left. This section provides the tools and functionality necessary for managing and engaging with customer inquiries effectively.
Once you’re in the ‘Reputation’ section, you’ll be directed to a page that presents a variety of information concerning your business’s reputation, including features that enable you to respond to reviews. To address questions and answers, simply click on the ‘Questions and Answers’ button, which you’ll find near the top left of this page.
